Brief 502s on /v1/options/trades

Rolling deploy of the trades handler caused ~90 seconds of intermittent 502s. Circuit breaker absorbed the bulk; failed requests were safe to retry.

Stripe webhook delays

Subscription state took up to 4 minutes to sync after checkout. Caused by Stripe-side queue backlog. No data integrity impact; quotas were applied retroactively.
